Private room for rent

Available Nov 1 Please send a description about you, your job, your lifestyle. You will be living with me, and im really hoping we can become friends. Rent can be negotiated if you help care for my cat when i travel :) - One private bedroom - can include dresser if wanting. - one parking spot, bus stop right outside house - Shared living spaces. Everything is furnished so prefer you have no furniture except the bedroom. - Laundry included - NO fur babies as i already have a cat and im not too sure hed be happy about another one joining - must be cat friendly, it is a small space and my cat loves to play and cuddles - Female preferred, like i said i want to be friends 👏 - only has stovetop and i do have an air fryer so might not be the best for anyone liking to cook A little about me, i work full time during the night so my off days im awake at night. I do love inviting my friends over for drinks and games. I do love a good gossip and yap sesh, i am a tattoo artist also. I do travel alot on my off days, often times to japan. I love cozy nights in watching movies or hot girl walks with my cat.
