15Selling a comfortable, modern grey sectional sofa! It's in great shape and would be perfect for a living room or family room. Purchased from Scan Design, Richmond in 2018, we have decided on a different style and fabric for our new space. The sectional is made of grey, microsuede fabric, great for kids and pets! The head rests come up and down and can be angled for the perfect head rests. All 5 back head rests can adjust. No stains, tears or rips in fabric. This fabric cleans easily and is very easy to maintain. From a smoke-free, pet-friendly home (cats). Will be vacuumed before pick-up. Some throw pillows could be included. CASH only, no e-transfer accepted. Sorry, delivery NOT available, you must pick-up. Need a truck or van, two people could easily move it. It isn't a heavy piece, just a bit awkward. It does come apart into two sections for easy moving, and clips together so it doesn't slide apart when assembled.
