LG apartment sized washer

LG compact washer, 10 years old. Works well, I'm just downsizing to a much smaller apartment in under 2 weeks and cannot take it with me. I don't want to have it end up in the landfill when it still works well. I'll even throw in a new bag of etee washing machine cleaner! (etee is a Canadian company out of Oshawa, making eco-friendly and sustainable household and personal care products . They're a fantastic company!) I cannot deliver it, buyer will need to arrange transport which includes taking it down 8 stairs. Cash only. Cross posted to FB
