87Very good condition, no damages. It pulls out into a twin size bed (77x38) nice thick foam on a solid bed ( no springs ! ) so it's a reliablel comfy sleep. the chair itself is 54 inches wide, 35 inches high and 40 inches depth. Smoke and pet free . The couch is extremely heavy, very well constructed with high quality build and materials. it was $3000 brand new.
