Currently it's modified to be controlled by the caregiver, but can be reverted back to the original form where the user takes control with the controller located at the armrest Seat can be elevated to 33", its lowest at 21.25" from the ground level. At the highest seat level, it's easier to go into the car like SUV Seat also folds This is located in Brampton, Ontario
