Bottom bed = Double 2. Top bed = Twin Both mattresses are included; the bottom one is well-used has a bit of a warp, but still functional. Easy pickup: Located in the garage for quick disassembly and loading. No stairs! Just back up your truck or utility trailer and take it home. Please bring materials to protect the finish.
