Rent: $1200 per month for single female or couple (negotiable for single female). Location: Don Mills Road and Sheppard Ave. E. (Near Fair View mall). TTC bus, subway and YRT is just a 2min walk. Seneca college is 5min by bus. No Frills, Fresco, T&T, Iqbal, Shoppers Drug Mart, Peanut Plaza and all banks are within walking distance. Conditions: You have to clean your room and common space (kitchen+bathroom+living space) once a week. I will do the same another week. Overnight guests are not allowed. My guests (sister, aunt, niece, cousins and female friends)may stay overnight but will be respectful to your privacy. No smoking inside the house. First and last month rent. Government ID needed for verification. What else you need to know: you’ll be given a laundry card, you can use my utensils but you may like to bring yours too. You have to bring your bed linen, pillow, blanket, laundry detergent, hand wash, toilet paper, kitchen towel etc. And you have to share hydro bill if it’s excessively high. Who are you sharing the stay: I am (45 years old male) interested in subletting my one bedroom. I work from home/hybrid. Looking for a clean person or couple (female/couple). During winter you can sometimes go to grocery stores with me if you don’t drive. We Need to be respectful of each other’s privacy.
