Sterling Silver Necklace (Solid): Scandinavian MidCentury Modern

Handmade by an artisan silversmith, this is a one-of-a-kind piece. It has an alternating pattern of shells. The shells are polished on their outside, and left dark (oxidized) in their insides, making a lovely contrast and enhancing the dimensional texture of this sculptural piece. 📷 See all 10 photos. Stamped: there is a 925 stamp on every single link. It's small so hard to photograph, but you can see it in person. The easy hook clasp is beautiful, simple and strong. It is set with a round cabochon Sard gemstone (Sard is a translucent chalcedony that is a warm orange-red-brown).
