Vacuum is Like new, ran once. Does not work for my cats, all my guys are terrified of this accept one. Its not to loud, the the movement which I think they don't like, please keep that in mind if you intend to purchase this. The only load part is the suction needed to empty the vacuum into the canaster that process is loud. Come with the charging base which is also the self emptying container. Does not have any additional rollers or brushes included. I may be able to find the original instructions but no guarantee.
