Office chair bought from Staples Adjustable hand and head rest Adjustable height level but most of the time it goes to the lowest height level (not always) when you sit down. It shouldn't be an issue for someone who likes to set it at the lowest height level. It has minor scratches. Check pictures where scratches are circled in red Pick up only
