Unloading at a ridiculously low price* because we're too exhausted from constant work clearing a hoarding parent's clutter — too tired/lazy to clear away the clutter and take better photos. (You benefit - we've deducted hundreds for our laziness.) Chair backs, floor to top are 42". Excellent Structural Integrity. Seat fabric is in fine condition. Huge Table Top would benefit from a quick buffing.
