Toni Pons Esencia Beige Wedge Espadrilles

Purchased these in the South of Spain at a local Toni Pons boutique. I loved the story of the Toni Pons brand and its heritage. Here’s a bit about their story: The brand has been around for 75 years. At its inception in 1946, the espadrilles were by hand manufactured in Osor, a small city near Girona. Faithful to the origin of this product, they continue to handcraft their emblematic espadrilles in Spain, thus paying tribute to a product with a designation of origin. The manufacturing process of Toni Pons espadrilles has similarities with the original, such as the hand-stitching of the jute sole with the upper.
