New Roots Youth Jacket XL

Roots Youth XL 3/4 length with reflective cuffs Bought this for my 93 year old dad for xmas(4'11", 110lbs) but he finds the length too difficult for him to zip up. It was new with tags until I cut the tag off (because he said it was all good)... but was only worn once in the car and then returned to the roots bag. Roots didn't take a refund or exchange due to policy change :( I have the receipt and it shows I paid $119 with taxes on the Dec. 24th.
