Large palm plant 🌴

This palm plant needs some TLC. It got very dry last winter being indoors and there’s lots of brown happening on the older leaves… BUTTTTT….there’s 3 new stalks of healthy growth coming in now that it’s been sitting on my balcony for a few months! Still has lots of potential to be a healthy plant if put in the caring hands of a fellow green thumb. I honestly don’t have room for it in my apartment anymore. Includes the plastic planter with drainage and saucer on wheels as shown in the picture.
